Compared to the many dealerships I've been to , this is OK. Having referred friends to dealership being its only local dealer Sales is probably one of strong points. Service is barely making it. Dealer seems overwhelmed with providing service. Parts dept is also a struggle..have had parts lost at dealer as well as re shipped back to my residence after I had given dealer parts that they said they couldn't obtain. Patience is definitely what you need when going to this dealer..aside of 1 or 2 employees not most welcoming dealer.

From start to finish Kenny was always available. He offered to stay late due to my hectic work schedule for me to come into the showroom. Days after the sale a minor confusion occurred on my Part of overpayment He reached out to me and sent ME A CHECK. Let's not forget the Amazing Machine my ROADMASTER rides like a cloud moves like a bullet. Thank you guys for a great Experience 👍 Phil C.

Absolutely perfect purchasing experience. I have bought many bikes from many dealers and this was by far the best purchase process I have been through. Kenny at the dealership was absolutely a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. The bike I purchased was in mint shape and ready to go in no time. There were no miscommunications or back and forth. Everything was up front and straight forward. And the bike is perfect. If I get another Indian, they will be my first stop!

Disappointed! My sons bike that has 2500 miles witch was garaged this summer due to he was deployed finally comes home to ride it dies. He brings it to you to look at & you have the never to say it’s the clutch. We bought 4 bikes from them in 1 year we were good back than but today you did nothing knowing the torque was recalled and that’s what made the clutch go bad & tell us guys with 100 miles there clutch went bad. Ever since the last shop manager left it has gone down hill. The service is bad. You did nothing to help him and call Indian to fix this instead you stuck him with a 1200 bill. Knowing he was deployed. Guess what we were going to buy another round of bikes you just lost us as a customer we were told by a friend that is in the Indian group that there is no way his clutch should have gone bad.. go to Westchester where we bring all of our bikes to be repaired. The owner never came to us to assist the issue and see it was no fault of ours that it was a recall instead went hiding. Way to go we will not be coming back not even for and oil change… i will report this to Indian.
